Mindfulness Kindfulness Half-Day Retreat With Helen
Saturday 17th May – 9.15am to 12.30pm

If you’re in need of quiet time to unplug and recharge… come & submerge in some mindfulness & kindfulness ❤🤗🪷
This session combines mindfulness and kindness practices, creating a gentle pathway to self-compassion & opening our heart to others. It can bring an ease of being & invites a deeper, more present way of living. ✨
All are welcome – beginners and experienced meditators alike. You will be free to practice in any comfortable position – chair, cushion, or mat – as your body wishes 🤗
The session is at Creativity (Hall of Light). Suggested contribution is 500rs, however you are free to contribute as feels right for you 🙏

Qualifications
- Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher – completed TT1 & TT2 with Mindful Academy Solterreno)
- Certificate in Foundations of Trauma-informed Mindfulness with Mindfulness Exercises (internationally accredited with CPD & International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance).
- Certificate in Happiness and Positive Psychology (High Distinction) from RMIT University, Melbourne
- Certificate Course in Yoga Education (First Class Distinction) – with Yoga Vidhya Gurukul
