Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop
This workshop is for those who want to learn more about what mindfulness is and how it can help to be present and calm amidst the chaos of everyday life. Participants will experience key mindfulness practices and reflect on how these can support their lives.
The workshop is suitable for all those who are curious to connect with a richer, deeper way of living. No previous experience is required.

- Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher – completed TT1 & TT2 with Mindful Academy Solterreno)
- Certificate in Foundations of Trauma-informed Mindfulness with Mindfulness Exercises (internationally accredited with CPD & International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance).
- Certificate in Happiness and Positive Psychology (High Distinction) from RMIT University, Melbourne
- Certificate Course in Yoga Education (First Class Distinction) – with Yoga Vidhya Gurukul
