Mindfulness Course
(MBSR) With Helen

Course Begins:
🗓️  14-20 December

MINDFULNESS COURSES (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) brings together traditional Eastern mindfulness practices and modern Western science, including research into stress, neuroscience and the mind-body connection.

Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979, MBSR is one of the best-established mindfulness programmes in the world, supported by decades of scientific research exploring its benefits and applications.

MBSR can help us meet the stresses of everyday life with greater awareness, creating space to respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically. Research suggests it can help reduce stress and anxiety, support people experiencing depression and chronic pain, and strengthen attention, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. Through regular practice, we also begin to cultivate the seeds of resilience, kindness and acceptance.

The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators wishing to deepen their practice. Helen offers MBSR in two formats: an immersive one-week journey and the traditional eight-week programme.
