JIVA Breathwork is an intensive, cathartic practice—a deep emotional and physical release, and an inner journey. These 2–3 hour sessions focus on conscious connected breathing—slightly faster and deeper than usual—supported by inspiring music.

Through this simple yet powerful practice, memories and emotions resurface, and tensions in the body are released, entirely at the pace of the breather. Your “inner healer” is activated and begins to process whatever is ready to heal. Each participant is supported by an “attendant” called a sitter, along with the facilitators, who hold space for the experience in a safe and supportive environment. This self-directed process empowers your life force to heal what is surfacing in the present moment.
