Testimonials from Nadia’s Students:
One to one class
“I am practicing yoga since 2 years. I learned from different teachers and self practice. My experience at samvardhana yoga center brought an in depth approach to yoga. I learned so much and improved a lot in a very short time. Nadia is an incredibly patient and precise teacher. She thought me precise alignment and corrected my asanas and panayam larned before. Now, I feel so much safer and healthier with my practice. Further I feel really confident to continue correctly… and thank you so much for teaching me Sirsasana!!!!”
