Kardash is a psychotherapist, having gained his certification through Leela School of Awakening. The Leela Facilitator Certification program is accredited by A.C.H.E., American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

​Kardash’s interest in Tibetan Buddhism, Sri Aurobindo & Mirra Alfassa led him to discover teachers from the lineage of Ramana Maharshi who were bridging psychotherapy with directness of Neo-Advaita & the teachings of the Enneagram of Liberation.
