Jiva Auroville is a platform for Auroville units to propose therapy, workshops, webinars, classes, courses professional trainings, retreats etc. The Auroville unit Holistic holds this website, and its executives are Mirrabelle Lindemann, Sandyra Andrassy and Sigrid Lindemann.
Other facilitators and therapists being promoted on the JIVA Auroville website and social media process their accountancy within their Auroville units, and not with Holistic. Other facilitators and therapists hold the full responsibility for content, execution, payment and application of the Auroville Code of Ethics – Holistic is in not in any way responsable for any of the above.
1.Registrations
For registrations for workshops, classes, webinars, etc. you can contact us through our website, write us an email contact@auroville-jiva.com or via Whatsapp 9626006961. From there the potential clients interest is communicated to the specific workshop facilitator, trainer, or therapist and they will respond directly to the inquiry. Any registration will be finalised and confirmed directly with the specific workshop facilitator, trainer or therapist.
Registrations are subject to first-come first-serve basis and are closed once our capacity has been reached.
- Mode of Payment.
Only payments for offers of the Holistic Core Team (Mirrabelle Lindemann, Sandyra Andrassy and Sigrid Lindemann) are processed by Holistic. These payments to Holistic can may be made through the Auroville Payment portal Talam Pay, or via Auroville`s Financial Service to the account Holistic in cash or via the AuroCard system. Please confirm with the therapists, trainer or facilitator before making any payment.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
Workshops and courses may be canceled due to an insufficient number of clients, or any other unexpected situation. Check with us via Whatsapp or Email about 3 days before your workshop or course starts, as to avoid unnecessary travel.
If a workshop or course is canceled from our side, your advance will be fully refunded. We do not accept, however, any further liability due to cancellations.
In case you have to decide not to join the workshop, or class or training, or you leave the workshop, class or training due to illness or any other personal reason, we will not be liable to make any refund.
- Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our clients and personal information is never shared, given nor sold to third parties.
If you browse our website, you do so anonymously. We do not collect any personal information without your consent.
We use an Auroville payment portal for Indian and international payments. We are not responsible for their privacy policy and mode of retaining information about your payment and more.
