Snippets of Hindu Vedic Philosophy

Over the years, I have noticed that many people feel overwhelmed by Indian philosophical thought. The teachings have, for many, become distant and difficult to connect with. People often seek clarity without confusion, meaning without jargon, and reflection without unnecessary complexity.
This is why I felt inspired to offer something in small, easy-to-digest lessons called “Snippets of Hindu Vedic Philosophy.”
This course offers short, focused reflections on big themes such as the nature of the self, the role of action and intention, how mind and awareness shape our experience, and how simple ideas can become powerful tools for everyday life.
Each lesson is short enough to fit into a busy week, yet deep enough to offer something meaningful to reflect on and apply.
There are no prerequisites to join. You do not need to know Sanskrit, Indian philosophy, or follow any particular spiritual practice.
Each week we explore a small “snippet” drawn from the Vedic tradition. The course is self-paced, and you can join at any time.
My hope is that these reflections offer a way to observe your own life through a slightly different lens.
