Experiential Workshop: Exploring the “Layers of the Heart” Process

Based on the research of Soleil Lithman and inspired by The Mother’s work.

This gentle, experiential workshop begins with a short introduction, followed by a guided meditation to help participants connect with and experience their Inner Self.

The content of the workshop is deeply aligned with Integral Yoga and The Mother’s exploration of the subtle bodies, offering a unique opportunity to journey inward and uncover deeper layers of the heart.
