In this introduction, the advanced healing modality “integral regression therapy” – an approach based on Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s integral Yoga is presented. This advanced therapeutic modality  is an integration of inner child work, trauma therapy, past life regression therapy, energy work, NLP, and a client centric approach.

Typically, integral regression therapy addresses unexplainable pains, traumata from accidents or early childhood, questions about past lives, life purpose or restricting behaviour patterns.
