This professional training provides the techniques and practical experience needed to heal trauma holistically –  shifting the nervous system into a dynamic healthy balance, restoring emotional wellbeing, and supporting inspired, clear mental processing. This training is especially designed for those working in the field of psychology, counseling and healing. 

Online Theory Webinar

3 days x 2 hrs  ,  7.30 -9.30 pm   Open for all! 

The 3 Theory in Online Sessions include           

  • Integral approach to healing Trauma
  • Understanding Trauma
  • Dimensions of Trauma
  • Recognizing PTSD 
  • Nervous System healing
  • Energy work in Trauma
  • Specific techniques in transforming Trauma
  • Interactive exercises: Trauma mapping, approach through doodling, Breath etc.

Dates: 22, 23, 24 May 7.30 – 9.30 pm

In Person Workshop (in Auroville) for all who would like to add this modality to their therapeutic work: 

2 x 4 days  (Fri, Sam, Sun, Mon)   10, 11, 12, 13 July  and 31 July, 1,2,3 Aug followed by  1 x 2 hr Online Debrief, Sharing, Supervision

Sigrid Lindemann lives in Auroville past 30 years, and deeply involves in the therapeutic work since then. Her inner search led her first to Auroville, and its philosophy , and then  to internationally renowned teachers advancing advancing research in  consciousness and therapeutic approaches . She has developed “Integral Regressiontherapy” based on her practice, research and decades of experience in teaching homeopathic professionals in advanced Classical homeopathy, ( Sensation Method Dr. Rajan Sankaran ,WISH, 1999 til today) and her practice and teacher training in hypnotherapy (2009- 2010) and transpersonal regressiontherapy (TASSO, 2012- 2018).

I joined the Integral Trauma Therapy with Sigrid in January and February 2026 in Auroville. With my background in life coaching, and as a Yoga teacher, I thought to add some skills. The training turned out to a relevation of the depths of healing and transforming trauma. In our practice sessions, some of my longstanding consequences of two accidents got resolved. The personal sessions addressed a deep issue, and I came out with renewed zest and a creative potential for my future. The training is deeply immersive - the demo session are show the integral approach very well. The supervised practice gives a steep learning curve , followed by the rich debriefs. The theory ot Trauma Therapy is interspersed, to keep it very close to the content of the practical sessions. Sigrid is sharing her expertise freely for all to benefit a max. Sigrid is methodological, structured, patient and absolutely competent in this work. I would recommend this to all who like to provide indepth therapy for the trauma clients.
