Our Yoga Approach
Hatha Yoga – Iyengar Style
Classes are offered by level, following a structured and progressive approach that supports deep learning while protecting the body and guiding the mind inward. Sessions focus on self-observation, interoceptive awareness, and conscious breath, using props such as blocks, straps, chairs, blankets, and walls to make poses more accessible and safe.
Class Levels Offered
Beginner Class
For those new to yoga or seeking to strengthen foundational skills. Focus on alignment, sequencing, and basic standing, seated, twisting, backbending, and introductory inversions.
Intermediate Class
Build upon your foundation and explore subtle refinements in posture and breath. Regular home practice is encouraged at this level.
Advanced Class
For experienced practitioners with a steady practice. This class includes advanced poses, deep inversions, and subtle internal work. A stable body and focused mind are essential.
Restorative Class
A gentle and nourishing session using props to support the body in restful poses that promote ease, balance, and rejuvenation.
Immunity Class
A targeted sequence to boost immunity, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
Private Lessons
